About Us​

Maria is the founder and CEO of NW Moms Invest, LLC. Originally from the Philippines and now living in Seattle, Maria is a licensed broker with HomeSmart. In her first two full years as a broker, Maria closed $24M in sales. She was a 2-diamond award winner with HomeSmart in year one and a 3-diamond award winner in year two. Maria has operated in several real estate investor capacities, including property management, acquisitions, and operations, and also served as a real estate investor coach and mentor for medical physicians and high-income individuals.
